About Visa...

Here is some information about the different steps to follow to get your visa for your trip to France next January.

All Chinese participants should have received by email a scanned invitation letter. The original document was posted the same day by normal mail. We hope that will be enough for your administration to authorize your January trip to Marseilles.

From the French government side, this letter is the only requested document: no accommodation certificate has to be presented, since the Local Committee commits itself to pay for your housing and living expenses during the workshop.

APPLICATION IN BEIJING:

After you have registered on visasfrance, please send us an email. In your message, please specify your name, passport number and type and the reference number provided to you by the visasfrance web site.
